Drakiac
I was looking around online and I found a really cool online version of photoshop. Here it is: http://pixlr.com/editor/If you are too cheap to buy photoshop (or pirate it) and don't want to be stuck with paint, then this is the website for you! It supports a lot of the things that photoshop does.-Drakiac

azure
This isn't as good paint.net or gimp are, but it gets the job done for the most part.
Magdreamer
I saw this a few days ago but didn't bother testing it out.I love how its designed to be familiar to those who are used to software already out there, for me its Photoshop. There are all the tools I'm familiar with, a nice clean layout and interface, and its fast.I found a very practical use for this website is Pixel Art. The pencil tool gives a really clean line for scratching. However, I can still see its lacking in the effectiveness of the tools. Smudging leaves a terrible ugly mess. the brush tool has a bad anti-alias, dirty look. Also still lacks things like Shift + shortcuts.
