Godlord
* Don't use gradients.* Do use transitions between ground tiles.* Do correct your perspective artefacts.* Don't mix graphics that do have a completely different style (the palettes, for instance, do not mix well).* Don't overcrowd areas, especially not with the same image or object.* Do place images or objects randomly, so they do feel more natural.* Don't use images or objects that blend when overlapping each other.* Don't use images or objects with inappropriate outlines (e.g. white when overlapping a green image or object).I don't know, to me it just seems that you don't have any clue of how to work with graphics and how to actually present them well. Neither am I certain whether you wanted me to criticise your mapping skills, or your pixel art, but I did both. It would help if you did specify what you did create, and what you didn't create.Yours faithfully Stephan.

Godlord
@ForsakenProdigy:> My tile sets are not very well .. There is no transitional dirt/path tiles. Well i dont have any at least.Did you make them, or have you found them somewhere? Because if not, you should really get into making your own tile sets, or at least use something that is complete.Yours faithfully Stephan.

Byson
I know you may be practising your "Mapping" technique and positioning…..however, for a show off thread, it would likely be better if you were mapping with your own custom made tilesets....
