sirsk8aton
So, I was thinking about making a client with a very large screen, making it easier for mapping. If I was to do so, would the map files be the same if I used them with a client with a smaller screen? I would think that they would give me some kinda buggy maps, but I'm not for sure. Anyone have the answer? Thanks!
Growlith1223
no…If you use the map files on a smaller screen, it will crash the server or client, you need to find a converter then you can use the maps on a different screen.
sirsk8aton
Find? I highly doubt I would find one. Eh, oh well. Time to continue mapping on the same sized screen. Thanks for the input though. :cheesy:
Growlith1223
You would either have to delete your maps and redo them or or or you could find/make a converter.
sirsk8aton
Well, I don't have any maps that are already complete. I just started a fresh project with a buddy. It was just an idea I had because mapping on a small screen is incredibly tedious. Thank god for the screenshot map button!

Hell, look at Crystalshire. We have some people playing in 1920x1080 and some playing in 800x450.
