Drummerpete
I much prefer the one with the blue accent.I dislike the blog posts section, there needs to be more white space and you should get rid of the scrollbar. Having fixed heights on a site like that is just silly. You also seem to be using too many trendy techniques like the textures, folder corners and stitching. See this Smashing Magazine [article](http://uxdesign.smashingmagazine.com/2012/03/15/symptoms-of-epidemic-web-design-trends/).All in all, not terrible, but could use some work. luriok
Thanks Pete, that was a good read. The blue version is the version I made after receiving some criticism.Where would you suggest I add some white space? As for the scrollbar, the design was supposed to achieve a minilistic style. I was inspired to give this style a shot by this site: http://seahorsepip.us/Thanks again-Azy
Drummerpete
You don't need a fixed width to achieve a minimalistic style. As for the white space, I'll take your screenshot and show you what I mean. Might take a few minutes.Edit:http://www.freemmorpgmaker.com/files/imagehost/pics/3625ddde1bedcaf10a6fee52156c74ee.jpgLook at how little white space there is in the posts section.White space is incredibly important in design, especially when attempting minimalism.Let the content "breath" a little bit and it's much easier to concentrate on.Here's a good article on [Whitespace](http://www.alistapart.com/articles/whitespace) you might be interested in.
