Thanks to this I actually decided to get off my ass and make a game :D I couldn't fix the problem with the original maps recreating themselves after I deleted them, so I just copied over the graphics files and whatnot to EO so I could still have the resources but still would be able to start fresh. I really like this custom version :D 10/10 :cheesy:

Belkin routers are annoying to portforward on… In my opinion Netgear is the easiest. I'm not expecting you to buy a new router, though :cheesy:

I know that there's server hosting for games like Minecraft for people to have their own servers, but I'm not sure about Eclipse. I think it would be better just to host it yourself, because with a program like Eclipse, you want to have control of the console at all times.

Well, I know that Origins is a lot safer than the older versions of Eclipse.

There's plenty of websites out there with tutorials, all you have to do is Google search. There's also books on how to do it at any book store.

I really like this, since I'm too lazy to go out and find my own resources! One problem, I cleared the maps folder to get rid of the practice game it gives you, then started up the game, logged in, and it recreated the maps again and put them back in the map folder! What should I do about this?

If you really can't portforward, I would turn to Hamachi. It's safe, reliable, and not that bad overall. You can download it free, just Google search "Download Hamachi" or something. Otherwise, you could always try out Marsh's new "Auto Portforward"

Try assigning different sprites to the females.

I noticed that with Eclipse Origins you don't start with a bunch of cool sprites, you have to get your own, and that annoys me. A lot. Why? Because I have no idea how to add sprites. Can someone teach me how and also explain why there are no more sprites included in Eclipse?

this is rediculous nobody ever replies to my problems.

This is going to make me sound UBER NOOB… but I totally forgot how to port forward. I put in my IP address in config.ini, I portforwarded on my NETGEAR router, but I can't connect to my server from any other computer besides my own. What am I doing wrong?

Well, Eclipse Origins works so I think I'll use that. Funny though, I had never even heard of Eclipse Origins.
