Do I have to do each image separately or is there a Batch convert function thingo. Also photoshop doesn't really work fast on computers and this needs to be something every one can use _easily_.

Is there any tool I can use to convert all my sprites etc to transparent. What I do currently is: * Split into Single Sprites using my splitter * Convert to PNG using 123 Graphic Converter How can I make the black background transparent on all these automatically in the fastest way possible?

Is that full screen? If so, the font would work well if it was a pixel font, e.g. Block font made by pixelling.

That font is a bit bold, IMO. Add a bit more spacing as it is a bit hard to read. Also add transparent white to the news box.
