Well I was just making sure he didn't end up being disappointed with a project that no one will help him on. You can try and find someone, it's up to you what you do.

Download the engine, read some tutorials, develop your skills, make a WIP topic, develop your game, release your game. Easy as.

Whoa, a RTS? That will need some very skilled programmers. And they don't come cheap.

You want someone to develop a whole entire game engine for you? No one will, ever. Just use Eclipse.

Put it into C:\Windows\System32\ 3\. Make sure you are an admin, and UAC is disabled. 4\. Start > Run 5\. Type in: regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\msvbm60.dll That should fix it.
