From wiki Visual Basic (VB) is the third-generation event-driven programming language and integrated development environment (IDE) from Microsoft for its COM programming model. Eclipse was made in VB6 so to add features to your game you need to edit the source and you use VB6 to do that. Make sense know? :P

To make a turn based battle sytem with Eclipse you need to use VB6 to edit the source.

Well it depends on if your game is going to be 'online'. If its a single player game then RPG Maker is greater for making rpgs :P If your game is going to be online then use Eclipe Origins its currently the best and cleanest version.

They used Eclipse Evolution 1.0 with source edits. I think your after the turn based battle system and if you are well then you have to get a programmer to make it for you or learn VB6 and make it yourself.

Its easy to create a turn based battle system, easy as pie if you know what to do :P

The error is simply telling you that it cant find 'Socket' so look in frmMainGame for it, if it aint there make it again.
