  1. I'll buy the games you enjoy too much to part with. List them.
  2. @Captain: > Thanks for approval. I don't need your gratitude.
  3. @AnthonyF: > Hm, interesting.. I believe it was Matt that pointed the engine out to me in the first place, or DFA perhaps.. I was unaware of that, Robin. Yeah, I suggest you don't listen to him regarding the current communities. Dmitry has a nasty habit of mixing with thieves and plagiarists. I highly doubt it's Matt. He doesn't do anything with Mirage any more.
  4. You do not need the MSDN. It's just a collection of help files. If you don't press the 'help' button you won't get the notice saying you need the MSDN. None of the errors you encounter in Origins are answered in the MSDN. It is worthless. Stop asking about it.

    Can i ?

Stop asking this everywhere you go.
  6. Backend is still fully intact from the Origins days. You just need to program the frontend interface.
  7. @Captain: > Toranos is a pixel artist.. Bro. I'm talking about the Mirage Creation bullshit, obviously. Hurr durr.
  8. Look at how I handle pre-rendered items.
  9. Pre-render images used in BltToDC. That's what I did with items.
  10. @TrialAccount: > I want to be able to open this game in visual basic 2010. (I'm not using vb.net!) ![](http://i.imgur.com/wOCJg.jpg)
  11. @AnthonyF: > I believe the chat bubble is used in the mock-up just because… It's how Toranos did it. > > The engine is a "custom" engine. Mostly just pieces ripped from various sources, mostly Mirage-Realms and Mirage Creation (which may have ripped DX8 from Robin?) and is VB6. No, that guy stole my entire engine, my entire GUI and all my graphics. I'll point out that anything built using his work is breaking the license agreement on both Origins and Crystalshire and also infringes on several copyrights. I highly suggest you remove everything you've taken from that thief. Why in God's name would you use such an obviously stolen product in the first place? :\
  12. No idea if it's any better than SF4 or SSF4\. Went straight in from SF3 as my main character was brought in to the line up. Seems balanced and fun so far.
  13. @Erwin: > Cool way to bypass the word filtering. :P > Anyway, I thought were a programmer? I am. I design websites and UIs.
  14. @santa-clause: > i will see what i can make dammet why is nobody just telling Because it's not that simple.
  15. Anyone play? I need some more people to practise with.
  16. My secondary school did. So did college. I had elevated rights on both networks. Work doesn't give a fuck as long as I keep making sexy graphics for them.
  17. Why are you trying to make an MMORPG if you've never played one? :\
  18. ITT: Secondary school problems.
  19. @judoka: > With the deafult CS:DE S: Post a screenshot of a vanilla copy of the engine.
  20. It's just DirectMusic. We've had the same issues with DM7 and DM8. Personally I just gave up and moved over to FMOD. Rip it from Crystalshire if you want.
  21. Doing any sort of programming will give you a better understanding. I used my knowledge from VB6 to go on to other languages in less than a week, so it's really not that hard. Programming simply comes down to logic and problem solving. If you can handle that then syntax means very little.
  22. Robin

    CS scripting

Scripting does not exist in either engine.
  23. No. VB6 and VB.NET are completely different languages. Besides, VB.NET is completely useless. If you want to use .NET then learn C#. Oh, and >books. Just Google it.
