So i invited my friend over to spend the night, guess what he forgets.. His laptop charger. Now we constantly have to switch off every 30 mins so our laptops dont die >> Its quite annoying. I dont why i felt like i needed to post this.. but its bugging me, and i need someone to help me through the emotional damage that this is causing me.

Looks pretty good in my opinion. Could use a little bit more detail though, and the roads are just a little bit too straight. Also, the houses are lined up perfectly with each other. Try making one them a tile above or below the other.

I think the tileset looks pretty great, although, in my opinion, the grass could be a little lighter in color.

Eh, the map is big, but really, really bland. Try adding a lot more bushes and natural things into it.

It's a nice attempt at a swamp, especially for someone who's new. Try making it a lot less squarey. The water, grass, and basically everything about the map screams "Im a square." By squarey, i mean, make the edges less boxy. Make them smoother.

Pretty sexy map, only things i dont like about it are: The grass and sand tiles are a little bit too squarey. The shading… hurts. Its way too dark, you cant even see the sand through it. Real-life shade doesn't work like that. Overall though, i like the map. The clouds in the backround are a neat effect :D

Do you think a KING would have a room that bland? Add a lot more detail into the room, as stated above. It will make the map look oh so much sexier.

It's a really big room, i must say. It does look a little mediocre, though. Try adding more detail, such as barrels, more items, ect,. Although, making the room smaller may make it seem like there is more detail.

I could never make a script like that. I'm impressed at your scripting skills. But, people who play your game, who will probably not know that the map was made using a script, will think that its much too straight, and needs a lot more detail. Its just too bland and squarey.

A pretty decent start to your mapping career :D. But try to avoid being so 'squarey' (having lots and lots of straight lines). And you can use extra space on the mask or mask 2 layer to create more detail, including on the road that is connecting the two larger chunks of land. It feels just a little bland.

So yeah, a long time ago I was mapping with this amazing compilation of the Inquisitor's Tileset. I seem to have lost wherever it was. Does anyone still, maybe, have it in their computers or know where it is in these forums? And please don't give me the link to the actual download, its too spread out and, to he be honest, i'm just too lazy to put it all together. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
