  1. seems like a waste of a npc slots… however it's an alright work around.
  2. Port Forwarding is very simple. To get into your router you need your gateway IP which is the adress of your router. 1st: Open Command Prompt (Click Start Menu, Accessories, Command Prompt) 2nd: Type ipconfig 3rd: Type your gateway IP into an address bar If done correctly it should ask for a user and password. If you don't know the user and password look up your router model & version. If no one has already set a user and password it should be the default one for the model & version. Once your into the router find your port forwarding section. Add 7001 as your starting port and end port! It's going to ask for a IP which is the your computer ip your router gives you. Which it will be the IP listed in ipconfig.

    List of Donators

I do hope that's a joke. right? Free Webs would never work due to the bandwidth eclipse uses would pretty much shut down the site before the reset of the limit starts over. The space wouldn't really work because the forums it self uses 25% of the website space. That's not counting extra forum themes, attachments. I don't think webs supports the use of .php with free accounts as well. You would have ads which shows up on the website as well. I don't know how webs handles mysql or php.ini editing. Pretty much there are greater web hosting package out there.
  5. @Aero/EBrown: > Windows XP 32-Bit is, 64-Bit supports much more than that. I know, however chances are your not going to have the 64bit version.

I told you how to figure out your Lan IP. How to open Command Prompt: Open Start Menu, Click on All Programs, Accessories, and on Command Prompt Once Command Prompt Open: Type ipconfig, Press Enter Your lan ip will be 192.168.0.?? (?? being your number) As for the IP people needs to connect to would be the ip which shows on http://www.whatismyip.com

    Host Problem

You may have enter the wrong Lan IP Address. Start -> Run -> Cmd -> Type ipconfig IP Address should show 192.168.0.?? (Which ?? would be the number you need to enter) EO port would be 7001 - 7001 unless you change it. (If you can set the Protocol as both it would help.) After that's finished goto http://www.whatismyip.com and see what your ip is.

    Help please

Try installing library files. http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/smf/index.php/topic,65854.0.html If that doesn't work you can always download the .ocx and install it into your system 32 folder.
  15. You would have to edit your character sprite and add it in.
  16. The background color wouldn't effect the reason why it's not showing in game. The only thing I could think of is you might be missing a number before 4 which it will not show any after a missing number. (1.bmp , 2.bmp, 4.bmp) (4.bmp and higher wouldn't show if 3.bmp is missing) Does your character have same number of frames as the other sprites? ( xxx ) if the other has ( xxxx ) you need to make yours also four.
  17. Problem with gaming computers is they are limited by Windows XP. There are very few games which support direct x10 and fewer which support direct x11. (Assassin Creed uses Direct X10… Assassin Creed 2 & Brotherhood uses direct x9.) Windows XP is limited to only using 3.5gb of ram. I hope when gaming has stop trying to support Windows XP that we will see more games use more ram and see more games use Direct X 10 & 11 as well support more cores.
  18. You need to place it in client\data files\graphics\characters You also need to make sure it's in same format as the rest of your character sprites as well it's number correctly.
  19. True but in long run it's best to get then trying to upgrade later unless you know how. Edit: you computer will do fine. I rate it a 6.
  20. Gaming pc online need 4 gigs of ram and get a six core
