I like the second one. It has a nice effect. I don't see how it can hurt your eyes. The last one just looks bad. The first one is alright, but it needs a border and a better glare.

I'm Black/African American. Well, I can't really explain…. I wonder if they saw this word negro "neh-grow," written on a paper or something, would they be offended? Not Really. Well I wouldn't at least Why is Negro (English) offensive? When intended. But jokingly, don't care. Is the Spanish word offensive? Nope.
