Alright, here's the only 2 remaining "errors" - The background music refuses to play - apparently scrolling down causes the applet to disappear on some machines Now… a) that's because I realized that every free host has a file size limit that's under the size of the bgmusic file so it won't load... how did i not see that? damnit. b) I'm going to resize the applet to 640x480 or something. but serially ... Who the F doesn't have at least 1024x768 resolution? get with the program it's the 21st century you motha luva! Agor, so far you're the only person that has that problem. Idk why maybe you were unfortunate to load a bad copy of the game and you would've had to restart your browser or something. But since nobody gets that anymore, I think it's good to go. Thanks for all the help guys!!! I really appreciate this! Now i'ma get paid and have money to take Gwen out for valentine's day =) (lol...)

Lol. This is making me hate programming. this game isn't even that complicated of a program and it turns into a demon when you try to host it. Ok, try the original site now. I uploaded a more refined code. Still has a slow load time but all images show and there's no flicker. Btw, thanks for all the help guys

Alright try using the second site http://pointerfinger.phpzilla.net/ Idk if it's just me, but I tried it on this site (after cleaning up a bit of code) took about .5 seconds to load the applet everything showed up, no waiting with just a cursor… but there was some flicker. (there's a bug with this host, where if you play the game. change pages, then go to the game again the game gives an error instead of loading.)

Alright, don't use it for a few minutes. I'm trying to tighten up all the loose ends in the code and what not (code gets messy when you work on it for a week) I'll post again when it should be good for more testing. (should be.)

Hmm. that's really odd. Do you have java installed? The only weird stuff now should be: -tons of flickering (even though all images get predrawn and it's dubble buffered…........) ~~-background music doesn't play (what tha fu BOOM!!!)~~ file size for the BG music was too big.

But when i put it on a host all hell breaks loose. ok so I made a java game for my free lance job… and the employer wants the website to change after the game is over... ie. you're on game.htm... playing the applet.... then you beat the game.... so the page changes to homepage.htm how can I do that in java? Anyone know? that's all that's left before i get paid =(

Yeah, adulese if you are gonna put up a server, just stick with vent. I always thought TS sounded crappy and if you have both, we'll always be divided. I can't host the server because nobody can ever conntect to mine…stupid college internet blocks incoming traffic I suppose.
