That would still leave it open for port scans. The script allows the users to choose what host and port to show the status image for thus they can go around and port scan.

I am afraid I have bad news. For all those who use my server status images and there are a great many who do. I have had to implement access change to the script. I have found that a person can basically port scan my dedicated servers with this script. Thus I have had to add new code that limits only those hosts and ports I assign in the code to have access. I know this will cause all those users who are currently using my script as a means of server status to have there images stop working. I had to fix this exploit from my script. Again I am sorry for those that this issue has effected. If you would like to have your games host and port be added to the exception list please contact me. http://darkevil.net/status/ Example: 

Today was the first time in a week that the server actually wasn't lagging. It's been so bad this past week I have even had network time outs on this network. When ever that happens I do a trace route and its pretty doggy to say the least.

iam now trying to get the totle e to work but afer i unzip it and i try and start eclipes it sayright when the updater starts it say runtime error '35761' request timed out????plzs help m,e fix this ???????

it closes the game i try and hit ctrl and then poof game closes and error comes up say u have been kicked () some one please explain
