no matter what browser you use, if your typing in the right ip adress in the right place it will bring you to your router if you have one. Please try this, go to start - Run - type in cmd then type in 'ipconfig' in the black program. Now were it says default gateway. Write down that ip. Then type it into the browser, with the periods and all. exactly the way it shows it their.

when your in the npc editor, make sure its a freindly npcs and give it some fighting stats, give it like 2 or 3 for every one. Then set it to freindly, pic the picture and write something for it to say. Then put it on a map, walk up to it and hit ctrl, then it will talk.

maint.txt in the scripting folder in the server folder. Open the .txt and click ctrl-F then search for Ondeathsub. When it finds it for you, type in the map number. Then the x and y coordinate that you want the player to spawn at.

Spells do animate when not on area effect. Your spell probably kills the npc in 1 hit so it does not give the spell enough time to react. Make the npc need to attacks or so to kill and then the animation should display properly.

Quite demanding for a female ehh? I wouldn't suggest creating a secret/disclosed game intill people know you enough to want to be on a team with you. If people have no idea about your game ideas, your working skills/ethics and your tilesets and scripting skills then they surely would not want to work on a game they have no info on.

did you try transferring your files from 2.5 to 2.7? Because that could possibly be why. Their is no converter made as of yet.

I would suggest looking at the "getting eclipse to work on vista" thread. I believe its in the tutorial section though I'm not positive. If you have not looked at it already that is.

Umm please post some example screenshots of your mapping. Also how are you going to map for others when most people use 2.7 and you cannot even log onto a 2.7 game?
