Of course it's possible. Many 2D game's implement this, but you will need frames for the now diagonal movement, which you will have to create, if your using custom graphics. It's not possible with RMXP.  Helbreath does it. And it's a great 2D MMO.

Is it safe to guess that you will be programming this game? And are you using anything such as Realm Crafter or something of that sort?

Then why post it? If it only took a few minutes of work. User's here can make better than that in a short amount of time. I appreciate you trying, but the bare minimum should not be what your trying to commit to.

I think they are actually quite great, i love the muscle details, it give's the "game" a sense of brutality. In the one's you just posted, I like the first frame, where he is standing still, it makes it look like he's breathing, haha. Keep up the good work.

Yeah, exactly. The server is hosted by YOU. When you download Eclipse Origins, you have a client and a server folder, open the server folder and then run the program called server.exe, it will show up as "server",

YOU host the server…In the SERVER folder, you run server.exe.

This game looks great! Definitely something I'd like to promote my time doing. I'm great with being a moderator, as I love people, and people tend to like me, and I am creative above sorts.
