Yes. The HTML that youre using is really old and depreciated. The only real way to use HTML now and be successful is in combination with CSS. Otherwise, your code is extremely outdated.

Zoom in to your character. are his edges clean and crisp like pixel art? No. either some sort of modification to the engine is stretching your character, or its not pixel art. but as from that screenshot, he most definitely is not.

Youre an idiot. Instad of whining about how you'll fix something, how about actually fixing it? Nothing about your game would ever make me want to play it. Its terrible. and I dont say this to be a jerk, but so that you'll improve and actually do something worth looking at.

The character is not. Take a look at the edges on him. Completely ruined with Auto-AA. Also, your tiles are absolutely terrible.

None of that is pixel art.
