I guess something is wrong with stacking items, but I need someone to tell me where problem should be, where I need to look for it

Maybe it's possible to make scrolling minimap?

Hey, So I'm getting wrong amount of items when picking them and also they multiplies when wearing and un-wearing them. Also it shows that my inventory is full but there are many empty spots. So can someone tell me where problem might be?
