    Hello, I'm going to copy and paste my response to this thread in Resources. I think it is relevant to what you are searching for! The thread is here ( http://www.freemmorpgmaker.com/thread-85433-post-942572.html#pid942572 ) This may be a stretch (since its not VB6 and not EO related) but you could use NeonCube. https://rathena.org/wiki/NeonCube It is used for custom Ragnarok Online servers, and does a very good job of updating properly. However you will need to build a grf file (it could be as small as you want, it's basically a fancy compressed file that the patcher needs to accept first). The setup is quite simple for it, and one can skin it in many different ways. Hope this helps! ################# **Edit: I believe vbgore has a server/client updater packaged with its engine.   3. Hello, I would like to use a nonstandard size of sprites. They are 48x64 in a single frame. Is there a simple way to getting these sprites to display correctly in the current EO variants? **EDIT: I just realised, could I just enlarge the size of the sprite to 64x64 so that they are classified as big sprites?

  5. Hello, I'm hoping someone can answer a few questions I have about EO in general. When I try to make larger maps (lets say x:50 y:50) there seems to be significantly more lag than when I have the default map size. Is this effected by the amount of resources the server has available or is it the engine not being optimized for these larger maps? I also noticed this happening when I have many resources on a single map. I am just running a server on my main PC where I also run the client so this could just be the reason why the lag is present however if I am able to reduce lag in many areas then it would be most optimal! I was also wondering if restricting a map to a single tile sheet would make it load faster. There was a capability in MS4 where a map could load only a single tile sheet for the map instead of being able to pull tiles from all sheets that are in the data files. Hoping for good responses! !

Hello, After looking through projects created with Mirage Source engine, I am very interested in using/developing for Essence. However the Mirage Source community is very dead. Since Eclipse Origins is similar I am wondering if someone who reads this forum would have the image converter used for Essence. The data files of Essence use image files that have been converted into .dat files. There was a program provided by the developer to change image files to the .dat used. If anyone has this please reply to this thread or inbox me! I have nothing to give in return but my gratitude.

I think maybe it is our latency that creates the issue? I have pretty bad lag because of no dedicated server so I think it creates this bug… I am not sure however ! :-/
