It means you probably have some other Quest system and your trying to overwrite it with this one.

I'm pretty sure every router can portforward, your just not doing it right.

The admin panel is in the right section of the client source, to add more buttons in, just click the command making button in your toolbar, select the width and height, then your done. then you can insert your code or whatever you want to it.
