Every error is the new theme, it's still being worked on heavily. But thanks for compiling a list, I'll be sure to relay this to Wing if he doesn't know already.

I'm glad to see you have concerns, this post also seems to be centered around V. There's not really anything in here that I see you being disappointing in me as the owner, V was not in my control at all. It was unsupported, dead and not nearly finished. I generally said it was going away because I seen disappointed members, not because I actually had any say in whether it was staying or not. As to why you based your project and hopes on an unfinished engine that hadn't had any news or updates in forever just kind of has my jaw hanging. I really hope you're not blaming me for such a thing, ahahaha.

It has come to my attention in the initial post we came here talking about "what we're going to change" however due to input from a former member "Spike" now I'm also asking you as the community, what you'd like for us to change? Give us ideas, input and other things of your concern.

Probably within the next week, I suspect two at most.

I never said I was fit for this job, I've never run a community. I've been a mod, dev, and admin here and many other places. I stepped up to the plate to save the site, no one else did. Hold on your complaints that relate to the old owner or anything you personally feel about me. I know I'll do fine, I have confidence. If you actually want to help the site that you think is going in such a bad direction, apply as a staff, gain stature and professionalism and feel free to give me input that's reasonable for the majority. Otherwise, feel free to contribute with any abilities you have. Set an example, this is a new generation of eclipse realistically. Marshy dearest decided the path when he sold it, nothing will be exactly like the old days. I was there, the only people complaining are a select few veterans who were recently unbanned who haven't even given the change a chance. I haven't even been the owner for 24 hours yet and there's complaints when I haven't even had time to make changes, it just shows me the state of mind. Thanks to all of the members who believe. I hope that you keep supporting me and that I satisfy you, because you are the actual members of eclipse who seem to want it to be better. I'm not here to prove anything to anyone, for the people saying how bad things will be, you should be proving to me that you actually want to make a change by doing the best on your part to contribute in any way instead of complaining all day, and on that note I'll be doing my part on the admin side.It's easy to type negatively in a topic, but what have you been doing for the community you love so much lately? I'm sure I'm doing a lot more than you. Also a small edit, I apologize for losing my posture, I'm the owner already blowing up on things. I'm not perfect, I'll work on it… so in that sense I wasn't off to a great start and I really don't intend to argue back and forth with members, if you have a true concern please pm me with the details, I'm even willing to make polls about some suggestions to see if most members agree.

Speculations lead to nothing, actions speak louder than anything. You can talk about an opinion all day and go no where without solid grounds, you don't know me well enough to put faith into me and I never asked you to as I didn't buy the site specifically for you. Realistically speaking you "believed in me" until I didn't want to take the site in just your direction, which is selfish to me. I have my own ideas for restoring eclipse but also keep in mind the old days included a lot of trolling and running away members, we're making sure that doesn't happen. My staff support me and so do many other members, I have all the support I need. If you want to stick around and find out the result that's fine, but do not create random rants and complaints in a topic without giving me a chance, you just look like assholes. P.S I probably have more experience managing than a lot of people on this site, I've lead small platoons , I've been the leading seamen at my shop and prior to the military I was a manager at a restaurant I might not have as much experience but I've been around here as long as you and I know what I'm doing. Come at me with facts or nothing at all, because you don't know anything about me. As for spike, how many times have I personally unbanned you just because you asked, your post personally pisses me off because you act like the staff has a vendetta against you. We are not Amish's team, and we wouldn't waste time on you when we have things to do for eclipse, some people need to get over their ego and grow up.

What do you mean paying? I already paid for the site. If you mean the servers and such, I'll probably just put up a donation page if anyone wants to assist in keeping the site up.

Hello members of eclipse, most of you know me and a lot of you know me from past experience here on Eclipse. As you can see, I'm now the owner. I have purchased the site and with it I have plenty of changes coming your way, good changes. Plenty of you may have heard rumors and I might have denied it under the circumstances, but they are true. What does me taking over the site mean? A lot of you are wondering if Eclipse 4.0 will be offered open source? What will happen to Eclipse V how will I get the ball rolling? Don't worry, this has been discussed among my team as well as the new team of developers who will now be consistently giving you bug fixes and updates etc, they'll introduce themselves soon enough, however you might already know them. To answer your questions, 4.0 will be eventually released open source, for now however it will no longer require payment! You'll still have the option to pay for hosting if you need it, so 4.0 will now be free. Eclipse V is no longer being worked on, there is a new official version of Eclipse being worked on by the new developers and it will be open source more than likely. The EO 4.0 version of eclipse now has a new consistent developer who is already behind the scenes getting things prepared, we're here to make all your complaints go away by fixing them, adding new features and optimizing the engine. I'll let the development team make their introductions and tell you their plans. Staff structures returning? The old staff structures are returning to eclipse> Owner, Admins, Developers, Webtastic Unit, Global Moderator, Chat Moderator along with some new ranks including the following: Public Relations, Engine Support and Complaints Manager. Each will be given a role to play which will be explained further later, just know this means more interaction from the staff to the members to make sure there's help 24/7 instead of waiting long hours for a topic reply there will be official responses from the developers etc. A new order is at hand, the admin team is going to be stronger than ever and many things will be offered. Theme? There will be a theme change shortly to represent the change in ownership. Want to be staff? We'll be accepting at-least two moderators within the next three weeks, feel free to shoot me a pm on why you think you'd be a good moderator, keep in mind I'll be watching you. Banned members? New changes, second chance. Have a friend who has been banned who feels like they can contribute to the site? As long as they're mature and willing to be apart of the community I'm all about second chances, but have them personally talk to me on skype! zarachi6. The staff? The admin team might be making some of their own introductions and statements about the new changes so be sure to look out for topic. Forums cleanup? The V engine will be removed, there will be work done on the forums as far as topics that aren't supported by the original poster in the Eclipse Projects sections. I'm here to get rid of the idea of a commercial eclipse, offer a supportive and consistent dev team, a new version of eclipse in a more supported language and to see these forums become what they once were.

No one on the team gets paid. Most if not all of the staff stick around because they have a love for the community, abandoning it wouldn't exactly make it any better when you could at-least do the best on your part as a staff member so it's not exactly going with it, to me anyway.
