  1. I will start dropping some of my music into this thread. I use to host my songs myself but since lately, that particular server bellied up and I have been relying on free hosts to pass around my music. So I'll be linking around to various upload websites like Newgrounds, Soundcloud, etc. Further note: I have a nasty habit of creating a ton of unfinished work. However, if you like something, tell and encourage me how it should sound and perhaps I'll be inspired to actually complete it. However, I will label if it's unfinished or not Without further adieu. [Styles](http://soundcloud.com/aelius-rex/styles-v06) (dnf) [Violence](https://soundcloud.com/aelius-rex/violence) (dnf) [Remember the Day](https://soundcloud.com/aelius-rex/remember-the-day) (Kinda complete, can be made into a loop.) [Adon's Th](http://soundcloud.com/aelius-rex/adons-theme)[eme](http://soundcloud.com/aelius-rex/adons-theme) (Complete) (From Turok 2) [Hyrule Castle](http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/521026) (Complete) (From Zelda:alttp) [Another Shore](http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/161626) (Complete) (From Chrono Cross) [1000AD](http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/118947) (Complete) (From Chrono Trigger) I have 150+ melodies on my harddrive that are anywhere between 5 to 40 seconds long. Occasionally, I'll whip out a project and modify it and then be happy with the result and end up making it over a minute or 2 long. Until then I'll upload them then. :) The following links are actually made since my debut to this website. Periodically they will update so keep on cheking! If you wish to use my works, feel free but please give credit where it's due! [Sinister Caverns](http://soundcloud.com/aelius-rex/sinister-caverns) (Complete) (Made for here! Free to use) [Mystery Menu](http://k003.kiwi6.com/hotlink/a723k9i6gz/Mystery_Menu.mp3) (Complete) (Made for here! Free to use) Enjoy!
  2. Then you guys need an Irc. > Hahahaha. You don't know the community then. Only been here for 3 days. No, I don't. Continue teaching me.
  3. Give it half a year. Shoutboxes and chats on forums always seem to become a later fad and users lean towards posting.
  4. Why not keep both and initiate a form of flooding delay where you can't post something in the shoutbox for a whole minute. Perhaps promote the idea to post more than shoutboxing.
  5. Yes, the ungodly truth of a shoutbox. High chance of removing potential topics and posts from the forum.
  6. Alright. As an actual Moderator at a current existing website for a MMO game and a ex-Mod for 6 other sites and Administrator for 2 websites, I can say with experience that you are asking for a world of trouble and you will not get what you desire this early in the process. You need to be well received within the community that you join. You can't just join and in the same week decide to pioneer for modship. You need to know what goes on with the community. Do you know all of the functions on this website? Can you safely walk someone through errors to get something to work? How will you handle defiance? Just because you have a history editing guides and writing wiki's doesn't mean that you're automatically qualified for Modship. Finally, I don't think you realize what a Forum Moderator's job entails. From my own history, you are to log onto the forum you're moderating multiple times every day; Sift through a bunch of posts and threads; Check reports and decide how you can take care of the problems that caused the report without any bias at all. Everyday, this is what you do as a Forum Moderator. With what you're asking, I think you want to be a reporter for someone's game. Goes with the fact that you can already do this with in the state you currently are in. You've done it before on other websites as a normal user, what's stopping you now? Take the time to know your community and it's functions. Don't take on more than you can chew. You'll choke.
  7. Nope. I am using Win8.1\. I just cleared both Chrome's and Firefox's cache, same error on both. I even downloaded and installed Opera and the same error happens at the same links. The Forum Shop automatically shows me this: www.eclipseorigins.com Driver Error There appears to be an error with the database. If you are seeing this page, it means there was a problem communicating with our database. Sometimes this error is temporary and will go away when you refresh the page. Sometimes the error will need to be fixed by an administrator before the site will become accessible again. You can try to refresh the page by clicking [here](http://www.eclipseorigins.com/community/index.php?app=ibEconomy#) ? 8. All these error appear on both theme options. >_> Unless the new theme broke both…
  9. It's the members who make a successful and active website, the admin just provides the places for the members to collect and grow within.
  10. Looks absolutely spectacular. I've been trying to draw out my own map for the past few years and always come out with undetailed landscapes, you did this with Photoshop only?
  11. So, just one foot has to be good? Alright, my other foot will remain maniacal, evil, and insinuating destruction everywhere it steps.
  12. Thanks for the DL. I'll see what this can do. :)
  13. Awesome work. It's fun to hear other composers do their thing. :D Can't wait to hear some more. Where do you get your synths from?
  14. I still run into issues where the website gives me a drive error. Dis be not my side.
