1\. Don't double post. 2\. Do what practically everyone on this forum has done. Start off by yourself and get a base set up. If you need help, why just be limited to a team of people when you can use the whole forum to your advantage. To be honest, starting off by yourself is faster.

First off, if your wearing glasses, please remove them. The pictures you are about to see will most likely cause glass to smash due to the ugliness of them. Okay… Well this is my first set of pixel art. I've never really known exactly what to do, until today. I decided to have like a ice theme. I am posting these images so i can get tips on how to improve the work. I have not yet read any tutorials on pixel art (as you will be able to clearly see). This was my first one. no detail at all, just a very basic sword...  Here is my second one. More of a dagger kinda thing. A bit more detail then the first.  Thanks, please please please give tips :D

Many people will do it for free… But if you want one that doesnt look like a plate if mash, your most likely going to have to pay for it.

Where do i need to go?~~ EDIT: Found it. For anyone else with this, its under NAT.
