what is visual basic? Is it a thing like notepad where u draw the letters to make a pictuere?

Hey, i was wondering if there is a way to rebirth. Basically it is when you are the max level, and u talk to someone/other means, you go back to level 1 but keep ur items,skills, etc…

black ops sucks compared to bfbc2, or MW2…
