@sunku: > Can any one get me a resource for mining? Browse around the resource board, there's a few out there.

That's what I was planning on doing Marsh, thats what the personal uses were for.

@Richy: > 0 Player, 1 Moderator, 2 Mapper, 3 Developer, 4 Owner, 5 subscript not found error. No Access level 5 in EO :P.. Actually, there is an Access 5 in EO, in both engines (1.5 and 2.0) I was able to give myself Access 5, but it's a long and un-needed process.

I'm planning on learning the languages described on top, and I'm wondering if anyone here would think it would be worth-while to learn this. Granted, some of it would be for profit, the rest would be for personal use, what do you think?
-
Do you have the right port / IP put in?
-
If you have VB6, you will be able to change these.

So I'm getting RTE 380 on both Eclipse games I have on my computer. On start up for both games I get to the loading menu message, then it gives me the "RTE 380 invalid property". I have tried to re-install the library files, and that did not work, any suggestions?

I do have the scripted Tiles system, so that could possibly work, I'll try the Scripted tiles for now then worry about it later.
-
Thanks ShadowWulf, I'll try this. (I'll just have to figure this all out when I do it. As I stated I have basic views of VB6 down, I got if then else else if lbl changing, loading pictures, basic functions, that's about it.)
-
Just a question, how easy would any of you think of it is to code this for someone who knows basic concepts of VB6? Note/Edit: This is like a treasure chest system.

What has been seen, cannot be unseen.

I'll post a few examples of them. http://i53.tinypic.com/9549.jpg http://i56.tinypic.com/2uf5yza.jpg To see the full extent of RMXP (RPG maker XP) tiles download the trial version of RPG Maker XP from here: http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download.html

No problem Fewws, good luck with your sprite.
-
For a base it's a good map, but a few changes can be made, but as a last suggestion, try moving away from RMXP tiles.
-
To the best of my knowledge there is not, but you just need to copy the middle sprite from each row then paste them in place one. it's a relatively easy fix, I hope this helped you out. and the format ReapZz posted, is correct.
-
First of all you need the sprite to make the sprite match this format ![](http://i53.tinypic.com/zsmwx2.jpg) If this format isn't matched then you'll get the same / different errors. Feel free to post the actual sprite so we can see how your sprite looks and what we can do to help.

Dude, that is fucking awesome. I mean even for a dream that's awesome.

It looks overall good, but why would there be Guards in a church? And try using the screenshot map button on the admin menu, you'll get a larger picture. (If this is the entire thing, then I'd recommend to make it a little bigger because when you think of Cathedrals (Or at least when I do. . . ) I think of a fairly large building. I'd also suggest making a set of the stone columns down in between the sets of Benches.

Coming from king idiot himself. Anyways they have a point. Place everything that you posted into your main post.

Pandy that's unrelated. Please post about the actual art being posted.

Looking good, good luck.

Pretty much any http server. as stated here: > Eclipse Origins - Autoupdater > Created by: Robin Perris > Website: freemmorpgmaker.com > > === server === > UPDATE.INI AND ALL UPDATE WINRARS NEED TO BE HOSTED ON A HTTP SERVER. > > Update.ini should look like this: > > [FILES] > versions=3 > version1=version1.rar > version2=version2.rar > version3=version3.rar > etc. > > 'versions' needs to be the amount of downloads you have. > Add a new line with 'version#' for each new download you want to add. > Each version winrar file needs to be in the same folder as update.ini. > > === client === > unrar.dll needs to be shipped with the updater. > autoupdater looks for "data files\graphics\autoupdater.jpg". If it exists it'll set it as the form background and make the labels invisible. > Data Files\updaterInfo.ini needs to contain the URL to the folder where everything is saved on the server. > If updateInfo.ini doesn't exist, the updater won't work. > > IF THE SERVER FILES DON'T EXIST, THE UPDATER WILL ERROR, WHICH IN TURN WILL TRIGGER THE ERROR HANDLER AND CAUSE ANY GHOST FILES TO BE DELETED. > HOWEVER, OTHER ERRORS ARE MOSTLY UNHANDLED AND MAY CAUSE GHOST FILES. BE WARNED. > > Regards, > Robin

The button is just a recolor of EO. And the light blue one is pretty terrible at that. Granted it possibly is better then what I can do, but it looks pretty bad. My advice for the light blue one is to use one solid color, or a little bit of a deeper blue, nothing to extreme.
