I did some programming work for this individual a month or two ago, he sent the money, it instantly got put under review by paypal and sent back. (After he had already gotten the programming work. I brought it up with him on Skype (a week or two ago) and he said that his paypal didn't work anymore >.>)

I am not saying don't work for him but if you do work for him, do not actually send the map files until after you get the money to your **bank**. You can send screenshots as proof of work in trade for payment if you want to take your chances.

(Just sharing my experience so you all don't get ripped off.)
