@Captain:

> I made the tiles i actually tryd to get something that looks nice yet simple but **i dont have Ambershire tiles or any examples i just have them in my head so i tryd to do something similar.** And that game was looking good back in the days its a shame that the project is dead.

In the official Ambershire thread, Toranos/AnthonyF had clearly posted that all Ambershire work, this also includes any graphics made by the Ambershire team is copyrighted under the _Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License._

Point one - Proof:

**Toranos/AnthonyF exact words in the Ambershire thread:**

All images shown are created by the Ambershire Staff Team, and belongs to Ambershire. This is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License.

The license includes conditions, which are:

No Derivative Works — You may not alter, transform, or build upon this work.
Noncommercial — You may not use this work for commercial purposes.
Attribution — You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).

Waiver — Any of the above conditions can be waived if you get permission from the copyright holder.
Public Domain — Where the work or any of its elements is in the public domain under applicable law, that status is in no way affected by the license.
Other Rights — In no way are any of the following rights affected by the license:
Your fair dealing or fair use rights, or other applicable copyright exceptions and limitations;
The author's moral rights;
Rights other persons may have either in the work itself or in how the work is used, such as publicity or privacy rights.
Notice — For any reuse or distribution, you must make clear to others the license terms of this work. The best way to do this is with a link to this web page.

Point two - Palette:

In the quote posted above, you claim that have no examples or tiles that you could use to 'base' these tiles from. However, the palette used in your video/image is the exact same that Ambershire used. Example:

Can you clarify that?

Point three - Cinder graphics?

In your 'WIP' there is cleary Cinder graphics as well. The tree, for example (excluding grass leafs). It clearly originates from the Cinder tree. This is a project which I am involved in and I tolerate no alteration or redistribution!

In the Cinder thread, the following is clearly displayed:

_Everything posted in this WIP post is intellectual property of the original poster of this topic, Enruin._

Similarities:

**Final notes:**

- If the original poster can negate these claims, he's free to message me.

- This thread is now locked until further notice.

- You may elaborate by sending me a PM.

Best regards,
Socks
