Sprite And Tiles WIP

This is just a sprite that i am working on for the new tiles style that i am going to make later on.The bad thing is that i am not very good with animating sprites and drawing them from the side but i will try to do it later so here is the WIP:

I think the legs looked kind of funny so i changed them a bit

Ok so here is the side now i'm going to work on the back
Did a little change on the back of the head

Ok so here is the last part the back its the same as the front just with little edits.So now the only thing left is to animate them and i'm horrable at that becouse i always duck up the animations

Okay so here is the hardest part(i think) the side animation.

One thing with the side walk is you should maybe bob the head down 1 pixel and see how that works. It might be too much for the size of that sprite, though; but walking is a full-body activity, it isn't just the legs that move, and a good way to show the shifting and swaying of the upper body as well at these sort of scales is head-bobbing.

But they look good, and even the side view, which is usually difficult to do.

The only thing I'd have to dislike is the ears being too pointy.

Like Anna mentioned couple posts ago…make the head bob, it'll make it look so much better. Overall a nice chibi base.

I did i puted the head 1 pixel down but that makes only the body to move.And which animation is better the first or second

The new edit with the flatter ears looks improved. My only other recommendation is to work on the nose in the side view. It appears at the traditional overhead angle in the front view, yet the side view looks like a different perspective. The nose particularly appears 'higher' on the face.

So i should only move the nose on the side view 1-2pixels down? Also could you help with the head bobbing thing Anna and Dash sayd becouse when i move the head 1pixel down that only makes the body to move like in the edited side and front animations.

First of sorry for triple post but i just added the sprites in the game and in the game it looks a little different what i mean is the sprites here move theyr bodys in the animation but in the game they are doing head bobbing so i will post a video so you can see + some of the new tiles i am working on for the sprites.

Ok here is the video its HD so you better watch it on HD the tiles and sprite look better afcorse.I am still working on some new tiles to add and some hair for the sprite.Also its better in Full Screen.

Dragon Eclipse DX7 but i wont be using it if i make this a game i hope to find a programer and work with the DX8 version.

Thanks to Lumiere now i have a tree but i think it kinda don't fit with the tiles what do you guys think? Also don't mind the shading on the tree trunk i havent even started shading it.
