PHPBB3 Integration and/or Character Viewer?

Would it be possible to have a character viewer and/or even a PHPBB3 mod that could collect and show "highest level, most active player, etc" in forum or at least on a browser via the web? How would this be done?

This isn't the best way but it will work.

Create a log file for each type of data you want. Upload the log file once a week or so and have php parse it/show it
