How can i create a Teleport Spell ?

One of the options in the 'create spell' is warp.

i use warp.

(in my server i have 2 races, warrior and elf)

When i try to cast warp, it says "Only a Warrior can cast this spel", but i have set it to elf!

I have made it so ELF can cast it, Yet, when i try to cast it, it says "only Warror can cast this spell" and im an ELF.

But i have modified it to "ELF IS ABLE TO USE THIS ONLY" !

I have set it to ''Elf can use"

'only warror can use'

So i went back, but in the settings it still sayd only elf.

So why doesnt the game listen to the settings i made?

The settings show "Elf can use" each time i view it, so no clue why it says only warrior can use

Short story :

I have 2 races., ELF AND Warrior.

I made a new spell called Warp, which uses the teleport spell..

But, somehow i cant make the Spell work for the ELF who it is for.

Although i have made the spell work for Elf only, Somehow the Game says "can only be used by warrior"

How did you add your elf race, since thats not one of the default races. You may have added something wrong in there. I just created a warp spell and it worked fine for me.

What I think it is, is that he made his classes as races and he changed the class requirement of the elf and somehow there is a bug or something and the classes got switched and he can't figure out how to fix it. I, honestly don't think its a bug but he could be misunderstanding the class requirement gig, but you never know, it could be a bug.

Sorry but there is a bug on eclipse origins that haven't fixed yet .. On Spell Class Required

When you pick the Class number 1 .. All Class can use it

When you pick the Class Number 2 .. Only Class number 1 Can use it..

I hope they find a way to fix it

From what i see with a quick look at the code thats not the case in EO 2.3 it works fine

No, im afraid that after i turned on "Warrior' as the person who can use it.

All characters can use it now.

So its still the case in EO 2.3 Which i use like what Sherwin said.

Error still exists.

When i have it on warrior, everybody can use it.

When i have it on ELF ,only warrior can use it

I don't seem to have a problem with it with a fresh copy of EO 2.3

yeah worked for me too. I even used breakpoints and looked at the values of each variable before any check for class req were made and everything was right

Try to edit the Classes and Add more classes..

And see if it still work..
