How to refresh the chat ?

Hey guys , could anyone tell me where to put the code to refresh the tchat ?

I mean how to make it that when a player send a message , it refresh it automatically for the others players ?

**Just give me the code to put in the client or server** .

Engine using : **Dragon eclipse 2.0 (using dx8)**

I also need help with that. A game isn't a game if it has a bug like that.

Ye ^^ but nobody replies so i ask it again but not as a bugfix but as script need to make it refresh everytime someone send message .
