I need help with this…

Please help me with the following things:

1)How do I make it so in the Character Registration, instead of [Change Sprite], I want to change it to [Change Avatar] or [Change Character]?

2)How do I make it so people pay per account?

3)Is it possible to have more than one character per account? If so, how?

4)How to I maximize the number of people on the server? Let's say from 70 to 150.

5)How to I change the highest level? Currently it's 100, but I want it to be 50.

6)I want to maximize the number of spells/items I can put in the game. How do I do that?

All of these are possible via VB6 and knowledge of programming, some harder than others. If you do not have VB6 and even a minimal understanding of how to do this then you cannot do any of this, and I assume if you did have VB6 you would already know how to do 4-6 (it's in mod constants)
