^Agreed, also you could reduce the noise a bit on the background as it is very noticeable at the moment. BUT for a free web design it a very nice one for people to get. Good job.

It should be too hard considering its a psd so you have the layers split up already. Position wouldn't be that hard either but would most likely be extremely tedious.
