How can it be RGP without Server?

Hey, I was thinking about how this game actually is working, I downloaded it and as I see its working so far on localhost. But if I want to run the game on my own root server, so that other players can connect too, how can I do this?

I searched everywhere but just can't find any informations. It's like a secret for me how you people play this game.

I guess it does not work on Linux root, only Windows root? And does anybody know how to install it on a windows root?

Please guys just add some "howto" installation guide -.-

I don't want to run the game on localhost (my pc) or hamachi or something like that, I want to ask if its possible to host it on a dedicated root server? Or how do you guys host it?

it works on windows, well eassiest way

if you have acces to your router, you have to open a port,

(seen in your config.ini)

open that port, and setup the ip and port (config.ini for client)

or use hamachi and set up the ip and port

(config.ini for client)

Thanks, but this is just a "host at home" solution. I was looking to host it on a dedicated root server. I think it must be possible to host it on a windows root server.
