Marsh Posted May 2, 2008 Author Share Posted May 2, 2008 So some hackers decided to take are forum offline due to some bad hosting decisions by sirken. I found the original vulnerability and fixed it but they uploaded some sort of php script that created more. They were nice enough to tell me how they did it so i could attempt to fix it.Hopefully the holes are fixed and they decide to leave us alone, the forum has lost 3 days of information and the old attachments wont show up for a day or two while we copy the directory over. Dreamhost was nice enough to move are site back 3 days so we have not lost any information anymore.Also Eclipse hosting is now gone due to the fact that this is how the hackers gained access.
