Baron's Transformation Script (bug I found!)

Okay, so I have multiple transformations setup with specific sprites that are updated by the PutVar function, my problem is if I activate a case for a creature transformation while im already in another transformation, it sets the newly selected transformation sprite as the old transformation sprite that I previously had. If this is too confusing, heres a better ex.
Okay, I start by using my scripted items to transform into case 1 with the sprite number being 123, so from there, without transforming back to my old self, I go right away into the next scripted item which is transformation case 2 with sprite being 666, now whenever I use transformation script 2, the sprite is set to 123, not 666 like it's supposed to be. Is there anyone here who can figure out this error's cause and find a solution for it, because it's not noob friendly… :( (possibly the creator, Baron?)
