Robin Posted September 29, 2008 Share Posted September 29, 2008 Trying to put it down to one feature is stupid.A decent ORPG needs good programming, consistent and pleasant mapping, some story structure, balanced game mechanics, intuitive interface between the user and the server and an overall smooth execution of commands. They have all figured out a way to scratch us. In other words they have scratched an itch that we all have. Weather it be quests, Arenas, skills or Custom graphics they have in some way found through heavy research and study of every genre of game to come up with new ways to keep us interested. I comment on what I like and what I think needs improvement. That is where real help comes from.As far as your poll question, it depends entirely on your expected player population.
