Can sadscript edit a .ini? [DONE]

Example; If I wanted this -

Value = 0

To turn into this
[Test]
Value = 1

Could sadscript do it? And if so could anyone lend me the code?

So this would change the .ini in the folder of the person who is playing?
EG;
George logs on and steps on a tile which runs this script. The .ini in his accounts folder is edited but not everyones - so for Tom, Bill & Brian the value would remain 0?
