About the housing system.

Hello all.

I have a few questions about the housing system.

1- When i buy a house, another player can go and buy the same house? Or just the option to buy pop up?

2 - How can i get furniture for my house? How that furniture system works?

Houses are instanced maps, every player can buy them as far as I am aware but they all see their own version. :)

And Furniture is made by using the item editor, there's a dropdown box for a Furniture item type there, which will let you pick a graphic for the item.
