Lmao I wish!

I think they nailed it. The mentioned everyone I would have mentioned and more. God am I proud to see John Petrucci up there at #26\. I worship him :D

I think Satch should be up way higher tho… #76? Seriously? Also glad to see the men from Opeth there. They have some crazy fingerpicking skills.

EDIT: I am also shocked to see Tom Morello so high.

I'd like to hear him play the way Jimi did. It's unbelievable the advances Jimi made in his few years, and the influence he cast on everyone else.Jimi excelled creatively, technically, and musically. No 11 year old could get that far. I doubt any 11 year old could get that far.

Hmm havent heard of either of those bands. I liked the music, but the singing in the first one… ehh :P

> I think Hendrix is a little overrated. I'd also move Pete Townshend up a bit. I'd probably put Dave Murray and Adrian Smith at number 1, but I'm biased about Iron Maiden.

I agree that he is over-rated nowadays. But at that time no one had seen anything like him, and he was really young. Imagine if he was still alive and well, what he could have turned out to be?

@cacklefist:

> DF PWN!! there good live and keeping in mind the beatles sucked live. so being bad live doesnt nesacerily mean your a bad band

im afraid you fail. Most of Dragonforce's stuff is down with keyboards, hate to break it you mate. And even so Malmsteen's stuff was way harder to play than any dragonforce song.

Well it doesn't make him a great guitarist either if he can't play the stuff normally.

there okay I guess. But I am biased against nu metal and metalcore so yeah. And Jimi Hendrix is one of metal's biggest inspirations.
