Offensive spells dont work?

Hey guys i just wanted to state that when i try to make a spell, it will let me make ones that heal hp, but no matter what i do, i cant make an offensive one ( hurt hp and such ) ive tried everything, even asked my dumb friend Josh for help, but all he does is sit there and say "I dont know, your the smart one". Any help?

Easy.
Spells are bugged in Eclipse, but you have three options:
Use "AoE" (I think it's called).
Fix the spells (here is the tutorial on how: http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=43236.0 ).
Use Scripted Spells (here is a spell script I made: http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/smf/index.php?topic=40424.0 )

the bugged spells were very disappointing… especially after the release of bigspells. *tear*

O.o that would make sense. I thought Eclipse 2.7 was the most stable though? lol, i guess thats why they said "MOST" stable. XD

There's only about, ehh, three bugs (more-or-less) in EE, and one of them is only noticeable if you're a scripter.

Though, check out the Source Edits section, somebody is creating a "Fixed" 2.7, and one of the admins are making their own version of 2.7 which includes pets, npc vc npc, etc

Basically, Unnown is making a 2.8, just updated 2.7.
