If you're asking if I can make a ball float in the air, or something like that, no…. Though, I can move a psiwheel (a folded piece of paper on a pin) somewhat, and a key hanging from a string; I only did TK for like, 20 mins 1 time XD

Though, energy manipulation is the real good stuff, and that's what I use to practice most.

Pyrokinesis; it's actually not as hard as you think (as far as the individual flames, e.g. candle).

Though, psiballs and constructs are easier.

For the record; you can't make fire from nothing, it's physically impossible.

It is possible on the other hand, to control already-existing fire ;)

As for proof though, what if someone else made a psiball, and put it in your hand?

PS: Though. there is a theory that you can program an energy construct to be "flammable", and torch it, but I'd wish you luck with that XD
