I started college when my friends were starting sophomore year in highschool…

CalTech is awesome, really the only difference between it and MIT are the people. MITers are more well rounded and geeky, while kids at CalTech are total nerdy bookworms.

Good Luck on CalTech, I would definitely keep a few backups (like I'm assured UT Austin, so thats my back up).

actually they're both geeky. On the transcript it says: "CalTech is notorious for its history of pranks. What pranks have you participated within the last few years"

every year CalTech's seniors on ditch day produce crazy tasks that the underclassmates must perform. Its on Pasadina's news every year whenever it occurs.

A few years ago, MIT stole CalTech's cannon so CalTech sent 20 students to Cambridge to take it back. While there, they handed out shirts with "MIT" written on the front to incoming students. On the back it says "…because not everyone can get into CalTech" lol I got one of those shirts the last time I was at the campus.
