Okay, I'm not doing this, its reading it form program files on the computer where it installed it, but it gives me this everytime it boots up.

try opening the folders properties and seeing if read-only is unchecked if it is un checked try checking it then un checking it. other then that i do not know.

I'd do the same.

Also try moving it to the desktop. And if you're on Vista run it as an admin.
