I Need Sprite Help

I need help i made a rat sprite on paint all the right dem. 32x32 and i put it at the bottom of my sprite page and it doesn't show up when i had the NPC on my game. It just looks invisible. what did i do wrong? when i added it i just draged the whole pic down to add room for it and pasted my sprite at the bottom.

if you're using a 32x32 sprite, you need to put it at the top half of the row, because the 32x32 selection on eclipse takes the top 32x32, not bottom 32x32

EDIT: Did that make any sense?

i did put it at the top of that row but and i make the npc and it shows but when it goes to the map its invisible
