Anna Comnena Posted September 6, 2009 Share Posted September 6, 2009 Safeway is Vons in SoCal (atleast in San Diego area).Yeah I like my local Safeway, but I was visiting my friend a few cities over and we went to the one there looking for water filters for the pitchers; and after about 20 minutes wandering around in logical areas, we found them at the far end next to the bakery.Albertson's is all but dead in Colorado now, there are a few stores in "nohablaingles" areas still.
