Ok really bugging me now

I opened my server and client up like normally but when i went to attack a monster/npc in my way.I attacked it once then it attacked me….but this isn't the problem >.> When it attacked me a message kept rapidly poping up saying
"Error (blah blah blah) And then something about .pain files in my SFX either can't be played because of a coedc (or something like that) or missing files...I looked in my sfx file and it was there..so what do i do?  :embarrassed:
