Yesss!! And to Dr. House remember those are meant to be rapped on, all Hip Hop instrumentals have to be repetive to a certain degree.

Traditionally a verse would be 8, 12, or 16 bars. It seems that the hook comes in every 4 bars, it wouldn't be easy to rap over.
