Ruins of Hell
I would use Stable or the SVN version.Stable:Pros:Little bugs that were in 2.7.Some new features.Desync fix.Cons:Added new bugs… :/.SVN:Pros:Has new features plus bug fixes from 2.7Cons:Incomplete and constantly updating. Ruins of Hell
Not sure, but something has definitely been added, otherwise it wouldn't be a new release.

Godlord
@Timmah:> What features does SVN have then others?SVN is the revision control used by the current Eclipse developers and keeps track of the latest mainstream Eclipse code. That simply means it is the latest Eclipse Evolution, although no binaries are provided. The issue of SVN releases is that there are no binaries and that you'll have to compile them yourself using Visual Basic 6.0, another issue is that your version may be the latest for today, but after a week, the current revision can be fifty revisions further away from your build, simply put: it is being constantly updated by the current Eclipse developers. The SVN versions on itself aren't official releases, in fact, they aren't considered releases as SVN revisions might still contain unfinished code or potential bugs and issues. Therefore, usually no binaries are provided. Another problem though and this is mainly due Eclipse itself is that there have been no new binary builds since EE 2.8, simply as there are no nightly builds or something similar. That means you're actually forced to compile it yourself or let someone else do it for you, otherwise you'll have to rely on one of the precompiled binaries provided by the community. All by all the SVN has its pros, but it also has its cons.Regards, Godlord.

Homicidal Monkey
the svn is improperly set up. Id love to clean it but I dont have access to that svn.I suggest that you choose EE2.8 source (official) for the main purpose of it having official support. Eclipse stable might have more stability in some areas, however it has bugs in areas that the official EE contains.
