I read both of them and they are very intresting indeed. So I've come to a conclusion, correct me if I am wrong. You are allowed to use RTXP graphics under the following terms:
1=
I have to have something like this on my game:
(C) Your Company Name 2009\. Some Rights Reserved. All media and conceptual design (C) Original Authors Name 2009\.
2=
Aslong as I don't make money with my game and show them in my credits as in: Website url, author name, graphics name.

Also if I have a donation butten on my ''Main website'' And under all these terms am I only then allowed to use their graphics LEGALY?

no because in one form or another, they know you didnt make. because rarely any1 gives credit in eclipse (or so what ive seen)

It would be safer though  ;)

So in that way ''Giving them credit and Not making money off it'' Keeps me 100% Legal.

The only thing that gets me is something about registration, what is that about?

Sean said that is their license thing, that ENTERBRAIN has for thoose graphics, it said something about a Registration, so I am just wondering about that part.

it is possible through sourcing i think. but i dont know. try making a topic about it
